What's Actually Blocking Your Rankings

Most technical SEO problems aren't visible unless you go looking for them. Here's what we run into most often on Dubai and GCC sites.

Crawlability: Pages get blocked by an accidental robots.txt rule, a stray noindex tag, or a redirect chain with three or four hops in it. Google gives up before it reaches the page. We've pulled sites out of “discovered but not indexed” purgatory just by fixing the crawl budget waste underneath.

Multiple Versions: HTTP and HTTPS, www and non-www, or the same product page under five different URL parameters. Without a clean canonical setup, Google has to guess which version to rank, and it often picks the wrong one.

Speed: A page that loads in four or five seconds on mobile loses to a competitor loading in a second and a half, regardless of content quality. We work on Largest Contentful Paint, Cumulative Layout Shift, and Interaction to Next Paint until they clear Google's thresholds.

Site structure: URL hierarchies that don't match how the content is actually organized. Internal links that spread authority thin across pages that don't need it. We rebuild the structure so link equity flows to the pages meant to rank.

Missing schema: No Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, or FAQ markup means no rich results and no FAQ blocks in the SERP, and it also means AI systems have a harder time understanding what the page is about.

Mobile Gaps: Over 70% of UAE search traffic is mobile. A desktop-first build with a broken mobile layout is losing rankings it doesn't need to lose.

Arabic And English Versions: Wrong or missing hreflang tags, duplicate content between language versions, or a mobile experience that only got fixed on one side. Both versions should be able to rank on their own.

Why Work With Eyes On Solution

We implement fixes ourselves instead of handing over an audit and leaving the fixes to you. We report actual numbers, indexed pages, Core Web Vitals scores, crawl errors, and ranking movement, rather than vague progress updates. We've worked across UAE and GCC markets long enough to know the recurring problems: bilingual setups, mobile-heavy traffic, and competitive niches like real estate and e-commerce. And because AI Overviews now sit alongside traditional results, we build the technical foundation to support both.
